Job summary

Reed in Partnership Ltd is seeking a Test Centre Associate in Norwich to invigilate exams and deliver tests to candidates, ensuring procedures and guidelines are followed in line with programme requirements and company policies.

The role supports the DVSA testing process across multiple locations, with a flexible pattern including part-time or occasional shifts. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence (driving not always required) and strong customer service experience.

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre scheduled
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets individual candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing
