Job summary

Virgin Media is looking for a Retail Advisor to help customers get the most from our technology and services. You'll build trust, show empathy and take ownership to deliver memorable experiences, supported by structured training and ongoing coaching.

You'll assist customers with devices, plans and packages across store hours, including evenings and weekends. A friendly, proactive approach and good communication are essential.
