Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood and Essex. Flexible working options across primary, secondary and early years with weekly pay and varied school settings.

You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with delivery and classroom management, and bring calm and structure to busy classrooms while supporting pupils with additional needs where required. This is a flexible entry point into education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal).
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
