Wellspring Academy Trust is seeking reliable individuals to join our estates team as relief assistant caretakers. This casual, zero-hours role covers staff absences, holidays, and busy periods, with interviews conducted virtually.

No formal qualifications are required, and you will receive full training from day one. Ideal candidates are hardworking, practical, and capable of working independently or as part of a team while following health and safety guidelines and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this role.
• Flexibility to work on an as-and-when-needed basis.
• Ability to follow health and safety and safeguarding guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for cleaning designated areas following Trust standards.
• Carry out caretaking duties and minor DIY repairs as directed by Estates Manager/Head of School.
• Safely store cleaning equipment and materials after use.
• Proactively report any equipment faults, issues, or shortages to supervisor.
• Participate in required health and safety training and safeguarding procedures.
