Job summary

RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Patrol to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, provide quick, confident solutions, and reassure members when they need us most.

This role offers flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and peak periods, with a structured development path and IMI accreditation opportunities. Pay includes a base and realistic OTE with potential for more through additional shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across days/evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults quickly and reassure members on the roadside.
• Work independently to diagnose faults and help members continue journeys safely
