Job summary

RAC Motoring Services in the UK is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol technician to diagnose faults and perform roadside repairs, offering quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members. You’ll work independently across the UK, using advanced diagnostic tools to keep drivers on the road.

The role includes a varied shift pattern with days, evenings, weekends and peak periods, and a structured development programme with IMI accreditation opportunities. London Weighting may apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and deliver mechanical roadside repair using latest diagnostic technology.
• Provide fast, confident solutions and reassurance to RAC members across the UK.
