Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to diagnose faults, carry out roadside repairs, and provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will work independently to diagnose faults and help members continue their journeys safely, on shifts including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

The role offers a strong focus on customer service and the latest diagnostic technology, with a structured development programme and opportunities to advance within the RAC.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• Or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform roadside repairs.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and reassurance to members.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
