Job summary

Marston Holdings is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to perform field visits across residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients. The role supports resolving accounts, reconnecting services, and assisting customers in financial difficulty.

Flexible pattern with minimum 2 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day, and a guaranteed daily rate (£130-£150). Training provided and opportunities to progress within the business across UK postcode areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support to those experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
