Job summary

Remedy Education in Chelmsford is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Supply Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings. This flexible role offers weekly pay and opportunities across Chelmsford and Essex.

You can choose the days you’re available, work across multiple schools and year groups, and gain varied experience while helping pupils reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
