Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager for our venues in Scotland. You will support the venue manager in day-to-day operations and may act as venue manager in their absence, communicating with area management to uphold our high standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, a minimum of 3 years in customer service, and at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Strong cash handling and policy compliance are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• A year in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue is meeting its KPIs and performing at a high standard in the absence of the Venue Manager.
• Delegate and support staff in their daily tasks.
• Drive business day-to-day, including peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties (opening or closing a venue).
