Job summary

Admiral Slots in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a venue and act as Venue Manager in their absence. This permanent, full-time role offers a flexible shift pattern across mornings, days, late shifts and weekends, with a night premium for hours 11pm–6am.

Key duties include liaising with Area Management to meet KPIs, delegating tasks, promoting offers and events, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with gambling legislation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to meet KPIs and uphold standards.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Encourage and drive business during peak times and events.
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing a venue.
