Tenpin Gloucester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an outstanding guest experience across reception, events, and in-venue experiences. You will handle bookings, greet guests, and support across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke, and bar services.

The role requires a friendly, proactive team player with excellent communication and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and address enquiries to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and prepare food and drinks as required.
