Job summary

Tenpin in Colchester is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to provide an outstanding guest experience. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and spot sales opportunities while hosting events, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the centre remains welcoming and tidy.

Role spans across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms, and children’s parties. You’ll need to be proactive, friendly and able to handle a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evenings

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude with excellent customer service.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to work across multiple departments and host events.
• Friendly, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
