Tenpin is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our centres. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and help host events while keeping the space clean and welcoming.

Join a fun, fast-paced environment where excellent service and a positive attitude are rewarded. Roles require flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and child-friendly parties.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high level customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills for frontline support.
• Able to work across multiple departments within a busy centre.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer guest enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Host events, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
