Job summary

Acis Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Advisor to be the friendly, confident voice for our customers. You’ll handle calls, digital messages and in-person visits, resolving enquiries and ensuring first-time-right outcomes with empathy and a professional manner.

In this fast-paced role you’ll use a CRM system, work as part of a supportive team, and adapt to changing needs. A strong numeracy and literacy background helps you deliver excellent service in line with Acis’ aims

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment handling enquiries via phone, digital channels, social media and face-to-face.
• Strong IT skills with experience using a customer relationship management system.
• Customer-focused with experience resolving complaints.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to flexible hours.
• Empathetic, non-judgemental communication with diverse customers.
• Resilience in a social housing context and ability to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities
