Acorn by Synergie in Crewe, Cheshire is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team. This is a full-time role offering 40 hours per week on a 7-day rota with variable start and finish times, plus free onsite parking and gym access.

You will be a confident communicator who helps customers and resolves queries with care. You will handle enquiries, listen to needs, identify solutions and work with specialist teams to ensure resolutions are delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality or a service-based role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to stay calm, organised and professional in a busy environment.

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team in Crewe, Cheshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality or another service-focused environment who enjoys helping people and finding solutions.

You'll handle customer enquiries, understand their needs and take ownership of issues through to resolution, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Working Hours

The role involves working 40 hours per week across a 7-day rota, with variable start and finish times within the following core opening hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm
• Saturday: 9am-6pm
• Sunday: 10am-5pm

You will be required to work one weekend day for two out of every three weekends, with the third weekend fully off.
