Santander is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for the Colchester Branch. The role involves frontline customer interactions, handling transactions, assisting customers with technology in-branch, and answering calls from our contact centre.

You’ll build relationships and resolve issues, contributing to a high standard of customer service. Based in Colchester, you will join a multi-skilled branch team with a focus on flexible, customer-centric service.

Formación

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required)
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers (Preferred)
• Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work (Preferred)
• Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations (Preferred)
