A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker to support victims of sexual assault. This role is vital for providing compassionate care and advocacy at a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). Responsibilities include administration, liaising with agencies, and maintaining high standards of support. Applicants must have experience in supportive environments and hold a UK driving license. This position offers a compassionate, flexible working environment focused on victim support.
Location: The Emerald Centre, Ampthill, Bedfordshire.
Salary: £27,921 pro rata based on 42 hours per week.
This vacancy is for 36 hours per week. £12.75 per hour.
Rota Patterns for full time roles will be: Flexible seven day rota, 12hrs - 9am to 9pm.

The role of Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with the dedicated support and care required. Acting as the advocate for patients who attend the centre, you will empower service users to feel in control and be able to support during the forensic process and administration to manage patient care pathways and day to day service delivery.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
