Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
• The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Previous experience and product knowledge in the hire industry is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle compliance regulations are carried out on a regular basis in line with company guidelines.
• Issuing and controlling fuel cards throughout the Group.
• Controlling and recording the movement of vehicles throughout the Group.
• Maintaining internal MOT/Goods tests databases and ensuring all GAP vehicles are recorded and fully compliant with current legislation and company procedures.
• Providing administrative and clerical support to the department.
