Job summary

GAP Group is seeking a Regional Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our nationwide Survey and Safety division. You will build strong customer relationships, understand hire needs and ensure we can meet them across depots in the South East region.

This is a challenging, fast-paced role with opportunities to grow within GAP Group. A typical day includes processing hire desk administration, handling 40-50 hires daily, maintaining stock levels, load checking vehicles and collaborating with drivers and

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk role is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on sales.
• Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong team player able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Process hire desk administration including customer and supplier queries.
• Manage approx. 40-50 incoming and outgoing hires per day.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and maximise sales opportunities.
• Load check vehicles and coordinate with depot drivers and fitters.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently.
