Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions in Glasgow is seeking a Fleet Maintenance & Service Assistant to join our Transport Department. You will handle administration of external transport databases and provide advice on transport admin issues, with a focus on accuracy and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle compliance regulations are carried out regularly per guidelines.
• Issue and control fuel cards across the Group.
• Record and monitor vehicle movements within the Group.
• Maintain MOT/Goods tests databases and ensure all GAP vehicles are compliant.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department.
