Job summary

The Culina Group is recruiting a Fleet Administrator for our Market Drayton site on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00-14:30, and support the maintenance, data entry, and reporting for a busy refrigerated fleet.

Key tasks include keeping vehicle maintenance records up to date, managing tachograph data, compiling reports, and handling driver training records. You will join a collaborative team and contribute to efficient depot operations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records.
• Maintaining vehicle fleet data on systems.
• Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
• Admin and data entry for tachograph system.
• Booking and recording periodic driver training.
• Administration of toll road accounts.
• Supporting depot investigations with vehicle data.
• Handling feedback from the public.
• Providing reports/spreadsheets for internal departments.
• Carrying out other duties and record keeping.
