Job summary

Stobart, part of Culina Group, is recruiting a Fleet Administration Manager at our Appleton Thorn site. The role leads fleet admin and maintenance, ensures legal compliance, and drives KPI delivery while developing the team.

You will manage staff to cover the Fleet Helpdesk 24/7, liaise with insurers and dealer networks, and provide weekly/monthly KPI reporting. Strong MS Office skills and supervisory transport experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook.
• Previous supervisory experience within a transport environment desirable.
• A solid understanding of budgets with a good understanding of transport compliance.
• Excellent communicator with effective coaching and development skills.
• Capable of operating with limited supervision within fixed guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Managing the fleet service and maintenance processes to ensure legal compliance.
• Managing invoiced revenue including weekly and monthly miscellaneous invoicing.
• Acting as the escalation point for the team with key personnel, dealers and Repair/Planning networks.
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Meeting and improving fleet KPIs through team objective management.
• Managing staff rota to cover Fleet Helpdesk 24/7.
• Liaising for insurance claims and gathering invoices for claims.
• Maintaining weekly and monthly KPI reporting for fleet and wider business.
• Developing the team through performance management and objective setting.
• Handling recruitment, coaching, training and disciplinary issues using company procedures.
