Job summary

Culina Logistics is seeking a Fleet Administrator for their Market Drayton site on a 12 month fixed-term contract. The role involves maintaining maintenance records for the fleet, updating vehicle data in company systems and producing reports on vehicle maintenance.

It requires attention to detail and strong data-entry skills. The successful candidate will manage tachograph administration, arrange driver training, handle toll accounts, and support depot investigations with vehicle-related data,

Responsibilities

• Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.
• Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
• Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
• Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company's tachograph system.
• Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.
• Administration of all toll road accounts.
• Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle data.
• Handling feedback from members of public.
• Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments promptly.
• Record keeping and archive control.
