Job summary

Ayvens is recruiting for a customer service role in the United Kingdom. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of Fleet Managers, building strong relationships, resolving queries and supporting contract renewals.

You will work with Sales and Operations to deliver suitable solutions, while ensuring accurate records and smooth processes across the customer journey. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or account support, excellent communication skills, and strong

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or account support role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with ability to manage a busy workload.
• Proactive, own initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Fleet Managers.
• Build strong relationships and understand customers' needs.
• Manage customer queries and requests from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Operations to resolve issues.
• Support customers through renewal processes and maintain records.
• Provide admin support across the customer journey (quotes, orders, purchases).
• Attend customer meetings to support relationship management.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
