Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Customer Support Advisor in Bristol to join our Corporate Care team. You will handle customer requests, maintain accurate records, and support Sales and specialist teams to resolve issues promptly.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or admin experience, strong communication and organisation skills, and confidence using Word and Excel. The role is full-time, on-site, with a comprehensive benefits package.
