Job summary
DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic Fleet Services team. You will deliver exceptional service to clients, manage fleet compliance, and coordinate inspections and maintenance plans while handling administrative tasks.
The role offers strong training, in-house and manufacturer training, plus progression opportunities within an engaging office environment.
Qualifications
- Must have a can-do attitude and be customer-focused.
- Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet.
- Proven track record of delivering world-class customer service.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Good IT literacy; confident with phone and email.
- Organised, resilient and proactive in handling tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer service champion for client fleets.
- Ensure fleet compliance and adherence to legal responsibilities.
- Own inspection and maintenance plans and communicate these to customers.
- Document all client correspondence in the appropriate system or database.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Customer Service Department.
