Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd has two Fleet Customer Services Advisors roles in Brighton. One is full-time and one is part-time, offering varied customer service tasks within an automotive services environment.

You will manage enquiries by phone and email, handle complaints professionally, renew contracts, maintain records, and liaise with internal teams and external partners. Strong communication and CRM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Strong complaints handling and resolution experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident handling of challenging customer conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
• Previous automotive, fleet or maintenance experience would be advantageous.
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently; respond to maintenance/service queries.
• Manage customer renewals, contract extensions and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Prioritise urgent enquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external partners.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes.
