Job summary

Halfords Careers in Redditch is recruiting a Client Support Administrator to deliver efficient fleet and customer support. You will handle queries, coordinate operational tasks and provide essential administrative assistance to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, ideally in an office environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to build relationships with customers and partners.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with ownership of issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day fleet and customer queries and administration.
• Act as a responsive point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Support Account Managers with routine customer requirements.
• Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and partners to resolve issues.
