Job summary

Jobwise Ltd, based near Warrington, is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join a busy logistics operation on a long-term temporary basis outside Warrington. You will manage vehicle breakdowns, coordinate repairs and keep fleet records up to date, while supporting the operations team.

The role offers weekly pay, on-site parking and paid annual leave. Working patterns include Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, or 4 days on/4 days off with varied shifts; there are overtime opportunities and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or admin/coordination role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance
• Respond to driver calls and resolve fleet queries
• Assess reported vehicle defects and action
• Take ownership of fleet incidents and liaise with providers
• Update operations with repair progress and completion times
• Maintain fleet records including breakdowns, defects and POs
• Update and maintain the internal fleet management system
• Ensure vehicle maintenance records are compliant
• Monitor supplier performance
