Job summary

Lookers Liverpool is seeking a Fleet Coordinator for a permanent, full-time role. You will coordinate vehicle movement, track progress, prepare and deliver vehicles to customers on time, and maintain precise records. A full UK driving licence is essential for moving vehicles around site.

The role involves coordinating PDI, valeting, and handover activities, with daily administration across departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate status reporting.

Qualifications

• Organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Experience in motor trade, vehicle logistics, or fleet administration is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track and locate vehicles across site with up-to-date records.
• Monitor progress from arrival to customer delivery.
• Produce reports on deliveries, registrations and road tax status.
• Tax vehicles and ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Move vehicles safely around site as required.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation (PDI, valeting, handover).
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure retail readiness.
• Update internal systems with accurate vehicle status information.
• Support fleet and admin teams with day-to-day tasks.
