Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and a positive first impression for customers. You will work with station teams and the central fleet group, handle rental administration, paperwork, and vehicle documentation, and assist in planning movements to meet service levels.

A valid UK driving licence with at least four years' driving experience, strong communication, teamwork, and attention

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality rental administration service to meet station needs.
• Assist in the planning of delivery and collection of vehicles.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete rental administration and vehicle documentation.
• Report any damage post-rental and ensure safety of premises and customers.
