Job summary

DFDS seeks an Equipment Controller to coordinate equipment movements and fleet administration across the European network. You will monitor movements, maintain records, respond to operational requests, and support fleet activity through strong communication and system accuracy.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, coordinating across multiple regions with meticulous data handling and proactive problem solving, helping the team stay organised and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating equipment movements and maintenance across European locations.
• Compiling data, monitoring customer requests, and prioritising tasks.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate operational records.
• Responding to emails and phone calls professionally across multiple regions.
• Using internal information platforms to support fleet and equipment operations.
• Assisting with fleet maintenance administration and documentation.
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks.
