GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Van Controller to coordinate delivery runs and manage the driver team, ensuring reliable on-time deliveries and high customer service standards. Your role will focus on efficient routing, cost control and fleet coordination to support the branch network.

Key attributes include leadership, clear communication, and a track record of developing others. A valid driving licence held for at least 3 years and knowledge of a 40 mile radius are important for success.

Qualifications

• Must have held a driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.
• Geographical knowledge of area within a 40 mile radius.
• Experience motivating a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Managing the driver team.
• Co-ordinate delivery runs and orders in the most cost effective way.
• Ensure vans deliver on time.
• Control and Coordinate branch fleet maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure the delivery team can deliver the branches customer service standards.
