Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Van Controller to coordinate delivery runs and lead the driver team, ensuring we meet our delivery promises and provide excellent customer service across our branches.

You will manage the driver team, schedule deliveries cost-effectively, ensure on-time van operations and oversee fleet maintenance. The role supports our customers and contributes to overall service excellence across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience of motivating a diverse team.
• Customer focussed, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to train and develop others
• Must have held a driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
• Geographical knowledge of area within a 40 mile radius

Responsibilities

• Managing the driver team
• Co-ordinate delivery runs and orders in the most cost effective way
• Ensure vans deliver on time
• Control and Coordinate branch fleet maintenance and servicing
• Ensure the delivery team can deliver the branches customer service standards
