Job description

CTI Xpress in Welshpool is looking for a motivated fleet controller to join our team.

Your duties will include:

Day to day planning and scheduling of fleet movements and allocation of work to suitable vehicles in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Ensuring drivers are provided with all the relevant information to ensure delivery within client parameters.

Ensure clients and receivers are informed of ETAs.

Ensuring deliveries are made in a safe manner in line with Chain of Responsibility and ISO requirements.

The following attributes are desirable:

A sound knowledge of greater Perth metropolitan area.

Prior courier fleet management experience, particularly in a cross dock or ad hoc environment.

Available for 6.00pm finish times.

Excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge in load restraint and Chain of Responsibility.

Basic computer literacy including Excel.

Working within a team in a fast paced environment.

Most importantly the ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
