Job summary

Hexagon Leasing LTD is seeking a Business Development Manager for the North of England to drive growth in contract hire and rental across small, medium and large fleet customers. You will lead prospecting, build strong client relationships, and close new business, while collaborating with internal teams for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience in commercial vehicle contract hire and/or rental.
Natural ‘new business hunter’ with a track record of sales growth.
Commercially sharp, articulate, and confident winning business at all levels.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth in the North of England, generating leads, securing appointments, and converting opportunities.
Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
Present compelling proposals and articulate Hexagon’s value to customers.
Win new customers across fleet sizes with a focus on contract hire and rental.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and excellent customer experience.
Represent Hexagon at meetings, events, and networks to raise brand awareness.
Provide market insight and competitor awareness to support sales strategy.
