Do you have strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and enjoy creating clear policies? We're looking for a Fleet Policy & Compliance Manager to help Royal Mail stay safe, legal, and compliant. This role is vital for protecting our Operator's Licence and ensuring our fleet operations meet all legal standards.
You will lead on fleet policy and compliance across Royal Mail Group. This means creating clear processes, sharing updates on legislation, and working with teams to make sure everyone understands their responsibilities. You'll also manage relationships with external organisations like the DVSA and Traffic Commissioner.
You are organised, clear in your communication, and confident working with different people. You enjoy solving problems and making complex rules easy to understand.
The next stage of the selection process will be an initial virtual interview consisting of role specific questions followed by an onsite at Future Walk Chesterfield. We plan to hold interviews on w/c 5th February.
