Vertu BMW Durham is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to manage invoices, vehicle taxation, and to maintain accurate vehicle and customer records. You will order vehicles from the factory, coordinate subcontract work and drive orders through to delivery while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The role requires previous Vehicle Administrator experience, Leaselink/Ebbon system familiarity, and strong IT and numerical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator is required.
• Leaselink / Ebbon computer systems experience is essential.
• Excellent IT / PC / Numerical skills are also required.
• Full training will be provided for the right applicant.

Aufgaben

• Process invoices and vehicle taxation accurately and on time.
• Create and maintain vehicle and customer records and a clean database and vehicle history.
• Coordinate vehicle orders from the factory, organise subcontract work and progress orders to delivery.
