Job summary

Vertu Motors is recruiting a Fleet Administrator for the Nissan & Renault Admin Hub in Bradford. You will handle fleet orders, progress them from placement to delivery, and support the Fleet team with invoicing and taxation tasks.

The role requires excellent IT and numerical skills, with Kerridge (Drive) experience preferred, though full training is provided. This is a full-time position located at the Land Rover dealership in Bradford.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT, PC and numerical skills are required.
• Previous experience with Kerridge (Drive) is preferred but training will be provided.
• Fleet administration experience or automotive admin knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders directly from the manufacturer.
• Progress orders from initial placement to client delivery.
• Provide administrative support to Fleet Department colleagues.
• Ensure service and parts departments receive ample notice of required work.
• Complete invoicing and vehicle taxation accurately and on time.
