Job summary

Vertu BMW Sunderland Prep Centre is offering an Administration Apprenticeship within our Vehicle Solutions Aftersales team. You will help maintain vehicle records and deal files while working towards a full-time Administrator role.

You’ll join a busy, fast-paced team with regular contact with your Apprenticeship provider (LSP) and your tutor. Training is delivered at work with a mix of online and monthly 1-1 sessions.

Qualifications

• GCSE A*-C / 9-4 (or Functional Skills Level 2) in English, Maths and one other subject.
• Work-based apprenticeship delivered at the workplace with a tutor-led programme.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle records and deal files in line with Group and legal requirements.
• Refer to the Group vehicle admin policy.
• Process deals through the system promptly and in compliance with requirements.
• Accurately order vehicles per dealership guidelines.
• Monitor and manage parking fines for Vertu.
• Maintain relationships both internally and externally.
• Be an active team member, providing accurate information promptly.
• Develop relationships in keeping with company values.
• Document management: coordinate documents within Sales and other departments.
