Job summary

Vertu Motors is seeking an organised administrator to join the VertuVC Admin Hub in Northampton. This 40-hour-per-week role offers the opportunity to accurately process invoices, manage vehicle taxation, and maintain a clean, reliable database while delivering excellent service to customers.

You will also coordinate vehicle orders from the factory, arrange subcontract work, and guide orders through to delivery, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Kerridge experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Previous automotive industry experience is desirable.
• Strong IT and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and manage vehicle taxation on time.
• Create and maintain vehicle and customer records in the database.
• Support internal and external customers with excellent service.
• Order vehicles from the factory and manage orders through to delivery.
