Vertu Motors plc is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Administrator in Gateshead to support the Group Fleet team. You will process quotations and orders, manage stock, transport and PDI instructions, and ensure accurate invoicing and strong customer service.

The role emphasises adherence to SLAs, cost control, and the smooth operation of fleet administration. Key tasks include processing quotes, inputting orders, and delivering timely status updates to the Senior Fleet team.

Qualifikationen

• IT literacy including Microsoft Excel.
• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Require strong planning and organising skills.

Aufgaben

• Process quotations, orders and updates for key accounts.
• Manage stock, transport and PDI instructions with clear invoicing visibility.
• Support the group fleet operations to maintain service levels.
• Escalate issues and ensure adherence to SLAs and processes.
• Provide customer updates/reports and assist with debtors administration.
