Job summary

Vertu Motors plc's Nissan & Renault Admin Hub in Bradford is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to manage orders from the manufacturer and progress them to client delivery, while supporting a busy Fleet Department.

The role offers a salary of £27,315, with a range of company benefits and opportunities for training and progression, including a Pension scheme, 25 days holiday, and access to our rewards platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT, PC, and numerical skills are required.
• Kerridge (Drive) experience preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Managing orders directly from the manufacturer.
• Progressing orders from initial placement to client delivery.
• Providing administrative support to other Fleet Department colleagues.
• Ensuring the service and parts departments receive ample notice of required work.
• Completing invoicing and vehicle taxing accurately and on time.
