Job summary

Flogas in the UK is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support the commercial vehicle fleet with comprehensive administrative duties and to maintain accurate fleet records.

You will ensure compliance with O-licence regulations, monitor KPIs for cost, service and safety, and liaise with fleet suppliers. The role includes training, benefits and opportunities to develop within a large team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HGV Fleet Administration role.
• Excellent time management, planning and organising.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all admin duties supporting the commercial vehicle fleet and cars/vans.
• Keep all fleet records up to date.
• Support with O-licence compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ensure KPI reporting on fleet cost, service and safety.
• Liaise with fleet suppliers for paperwork and vehicle updates.
• Perform ad-hoc administration duties as required.
