Flogas is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our team and provide a full range of professional administrative support for the commercial vehicle fleet and company cars.

You will keep fleet records up to date, help ensure regulatory compliance, and report on KPI performance while working with fleet suppliers and colleagues to deliver excellent service. This role offers training, benefits and opportunities to grow within a nationwide energy business.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a HGV Fleet Administration role.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizing.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all administrative duties supporting the commercial vehicle fleet and cars/vans.
• Keep all fleet records up to date.
• Support the company to fulfil its legal, regulatory and national minimum standards concerning O-licence compliance.
• Ensure that agreed statistics are produced on a periodic basis.
• Liaising with fleet suppliers to retrieve paperwork and vehicle updates.
• Performance against KPIs for fleet management (cost, service & safety).
• Support with all other ad-hoc administration duties as required.
