Job summary

Culina is seeking a Fleet Administration Manager in Warrington to lead the fleet admin and maintenance function within our fleet team. The role focuses on delivering compliant fleet services, managing invoiced revenue, and driving KPI improvements while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience supervising a team in a transport/logistics environment is desirable.
• Good budgeting understanding and transport compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communicator with coaching and development skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision within fixed guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop fleet admin and maintenance function.
• Oversee invoicing and revenue processes on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Act as escalation point for the fleet team and liaise with dealers, repair networks and Planning Team.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and professional standards.
• Manage fleet KPIs and team objectives to drive improvements.
• Cover Fleet Helpdesk rota 24/7, 365 days a year.
