The Fixed Asset Accountant role works within the UK Financial Accounting team which is responsible for the integrity of the Financial Balance Sheet of Airbus Operations Ltd submitted for both Airbus Group reporting and statutory reporting. This unique position enables the individual to gain an insightful top‑level view of the financials for the UK Commercial division and to understand the business drivers that sit behind the numbers.
The Financial Accounting UK team has a strong team ethic and work well together to support shared understanding and help each other to deliver as one team. The ability to flex to the team’s ever‑changing requirements means there is scope to be involved in a wide range of topics affecting the business to suit individuals interests and development needs. There is a great collective team spirit in an enjoyable and fun working environment.
