Are you passionate about fitness and padel? We're looking for someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for sports to our Leisure Club. In this role, you'll be both a Fitness Coach - helping members get the most out of their gym sessions, conducting inductions, and ensuring poolside safety - and a Padel Activator, running engaging sessions for beginners and growing our local padel community. You'll be an essential part of a dynamic team, creating an environment where fitness and sport come together to build a strong, social community. • Padel enthusiasm - whether you\'re an experienced player or an active learner, you\'re excited to grow our padel community and lead fun, inclusive sessions.
• Top-notch communication - you can clearly explain equipment use, session details, and club rules, and you know how to make people feel welcome and informed.
• Operational awareness - you understand the importance of safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all areas of the club, including gym and court spaces.
• Tech-savvy and organised - you\'re comfortable using booking systems, managing session registers, and helping members with online platforms.
• Team spirit - you work well with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless experience for guests and support wider hotel performance goals.
• Calm under pressure - you can handle emergencies or complaints professionally and know when to escalate issues.
