Job summary

Situations Vacant Ltd is seeking a first line IT support role in the UK. You will handle initial queries from a base of 150 customers, provisioning IT equipment and software, and performing onsite installations across multiple client sites.

We value excellent customer service, clear communication, and being a team player; training is provided for technical tasks, with Mac experience seen as a bonus. Flexibility with shifts is expected due to early and standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Taking first line support queries from a base of 150 customers, businesses ranging from 1–60 people.
• Provisioning IT equipment and software – PCs, routers, wifi, printers, new users, Office 365.
• Going out onsite to install and configure necessary equipment and software.
